• The early check-in subject to availability is considered from 10:00 a.m. Before this time, a full night’s rate may apply.
• The late check-out subject to availability is considered until 2:00 p.m. After this time, a full night’s rate may apply.
• During the check-in, all guests will be asked for a form of ID and a credit card as a guarantee for the room nights and incidentals.
• Minors are not allowed to check-in without their parents’ company.
• For security purposes, every additional person who enters a guest’s accommodation will be asked for a form of ID at the front desk. From 10:00 p.m. onwards, their stay at the hotel will be considered as an overnight stay, generating an extra fee of USD 25,00 taxes included.
• Available payment methods: Cash (US Dollars, Guaranis and Argentine Pesos), international debit and credit cards.
• All the rates are fixed in USD. Conversion into another currency will depend of the exchange rate of the day taken by the hotel.
• Charges to international credit cards are subject to additional currency conversions done by the credit card issuer that the hotel cannot manage; this might slightly affect the final amount that appears in your bill. 
• The hotel does not make currency exchange.
• Smoking is forbidden in all indoor areas of the hotel. There is a penalty of USD 150,00, taxes included, with no previous warning. The hotel has outdoor areas where guests are able to smoke.
• Photo sessions are not allowed under any circumstances, except for the ones previously approved by the hotel. This is subject to penalty charges.
• The hotel is not responsible for lost objects in any case.
• The hotel provides free cribs upon request.
• Rights of admission and permanence of guests are reserved.
   

GUARANTEE POLICIES
Guaranteed reservations: All guaranteed reservations remain active until the check-out time of the day after the check-in date.
Non-guaranteed reservations: Non-guaranteed reservations remain active until 5:00 p.m. of the check-in date. After this time, they will be subject to availability.
Early departure: The hotel may charge the full stay amount upon early departures.
 

CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATIONS POLICIES
Flexible rates: allow cancellation or modification until the day before the check-in date, with no penalty charges.
Non-refundable rates: do not allow modifications. In case of cancellation, the full stay amount will be charged.
